Is it worth it to you
July 16th, 2008Is it worth it to build your business through the summer months?
Many people in the Networking Industry are of the belief that it is not worth the effort to promote during the summer. The feeling is that prospects are not going to be interested just because they are too busy.
Remember, if you want to get the same ordinary results that most people get just do what most people do. If you want better than average results you are going to have to put forth a better effort.
The difference between Ordinary and ExtraOrdinary is the EXTRA !
People who are serious about success know that when business is ’slow’ you need to step-up your efforts - not back off.
The truth is, the people who Crank-It-Up during the summer are the ones who experience the most growth when it counts - in the fall.
Taking the time to establish your base during the summer can pay off in a big way when all the activity spikes come September. You will be so much happier and more excited than the people who are starting from scratch.
Even if the people you sponsor during the summer do not get Active right away, they can use the time to get educated. And you can spend the time building your relationships with your new Team-mates. That way, when the time is right, you can all Hit The Ground Running.
This is not to deny that we are in fact ‘busy’ and that we do want to enjoy our summer. Rather it is to remind ourselves that there is still work that can be done. This is a web-based business after all. It is not like as if we have to get All Dolled-Up and drive an hour and a half to go to some hotel meeting.
The best time to contact someone is when they are ‘looking’. If someone is looking now then why make
them wait?
The beauty of using a source like BTTs (AceLeads.net) is that you are getting guaranteed results. Someone will take the tour. AceLeads may have to send out two or three times as many emails to produce that same results they would get in February. But that is not your problem, it is their’s.
Once you have two Full Members on your team, it is recommended that you take the focus off yourself and redirect all your efforts to helping them find two associates of their own. This produces a team environment of co-operation instead of competition.
There will be plenty of opportunity to bring in more new members yourself once you have an organization
that is building and growing on its’ own.
Start Smart, Start Right, Start NOW!

My Berry Welcome
April 21st, 2008“In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three
words: people, product and profits. People come first.”- Lee Iacocca
The great thing about that quote is that it helps me to keep my priorities straight. It also reminds me why I created this blog and the MyBerryAdvantage.com website - to help my Team Members.
My name is Bill Darton and I welcome you to MyBerryAdvantage. This site is created to assist you in creating a strong and profitable business as a BerryTree, Nutronix and AutomaticBuilder (BNA) Member.
In lite of the quote above, it is important to keep in mind that our Team Building Strategy centers around our Help-Two-Find-Two philosophy. People come first. No matter what marketing strategy you employ, always keep in mind that you are dealing with people. Each with their own hopes, dreams and ambitions as well as their own fears and anxieties.
Our Help-Two-Find-Two philosophy is a perfect fit because of the BerryTree’s 2x Matrix. It also allows us to deal directly with the fear and uncertainty many people bring to their new venture. Do what you have to do to bring in two associates then change your focus to helping those two and their associates. People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.
What better way to let people know how much you care than
to show (not tell) them how to build a successful BNA Business.
I must admit, it was not always that way for me. That, my friends, is why I struggled for so long. The business really came together once I took the focus off profits and put it where it belonged - on the people. Because I did everything the hard way, the mess was harder to clean up as well. The ‘mess’ being that my business had no structure. It was worse than starting from scratch.
There is no need for you to copy my mistakes. Start smart and start right. Put people first and your success will be inevitable.
Have A Berry Prosperous Day,
Bill Darton
