Experience has taught us that success in Network Marketing does not come as a result of mass marketing but instead from creating duplication in a team environment where everyone can succeed. The simple truth is, you do not need to personally bring in massive amounts of people to build a huge growing organization.
The Help-Two-Find-Two strategy fits perfectly with the BerryTree because the compensation plan is a 2×12 ‘Forced’ Matrix. Sponsoring two people personally means your first level is full. If you keep personally sponsoring you will create Spillover for your first two associates. The people on level one will appreciate this because it gives them a head start on their business. However, if they are not as successful at bringing in new members themselves, they may feel inferior and lose interest.
Even as your first two members see their matrix filling up, their income will be limited if they do not personally find new associates. Sooner or later frustration sets in and people can start to drop out faster than you can bring them in. Even though it only holds two positions, it still gives you a good feeling when you personally fill it. What better way to get your new people started than to get them to experience that same feeling.
Let your associates know that you care about their success by helping them get started in a meaningful way. The best way to do this is to let them know how you sponsored them, then teach and assist them to do the same. Whenever you have funds available, direct it to those in the organization who do not have two associates yet.
Follow-up with that activity until your group is at least six levels deep and your success will be inevitable.
People will be more committed if they know that they are not alone. One of the biggest reasons people give for dropping out of a program is lack of support. Do not let that happen to you. There is no reason (except greed and ignorance) to lose someone for that reason. The ‘Network’ part of Network Marketing implies that people are working ‘Together’.
